Was surprised by how gooey this cheese was when it melts. Tastes a little like coconut but has the saltiness of cheddar and I really liked it in a grilled cheese.

Absolutely delicious! Of course great with nachos, but also as a topping on noodles with tomato sauce and on pizza!

At the moment my favourite one of Jane's Cheezes! The sweetness harmonizes perfectly with the base cheeze flavour and the cumin.

I was in Cancun when I found this cheese in a nutritional store.  I have tried many cheeses but this one goes great with crackers.  I was trying to find it in the US but no luck yet.  My only regret is not getting a couple.

This is one of the first Vegan cheese from this brand that I tried and let me tell you, it blew my mind ! I don't eat raw vegan cheese so I can't tell about that BUT it melts beautifully in burgers, pasta sauce for mac n cheese, grilled on some toast on low heat. The trick to make it melty and goey is to start on low heat and add water, then put a lid on top. The flavor is very mild and it's one of the '' flavour '' that I'm not disgusted with time. Very versatile. I recommend it in pizza roll or '' sausage '' roll with a nice plant-based alternative in puff pastry. Divine !
