Another delcious cheese from Sumear. I haven't tried cooking with it yet as the box was gone (eaten by me) before I really got round to it.

Just delicious. Smooth umami heaven. I love all of Sumear's cheeses that I have tasted so far, but this was my favourite. I recommend to everyone I know who is vegan, which unfortunately isn't enough, so I may just start recommending to anyone at all.

A lovely, tangy smokey cheese. Like the maple smoked cheese, this one doesn't really "melt", it goes soft and spreads like a paste when warmed. It worked well in a sealed toasty but it's nicer spread on warmed bread. It has a slightly crumbly texture and works well crumbled over pasta dishes to add sharpness to the flavour. It would work very well on a cheeseboard, served with crackers. I personally prefer pairing this with tomato based foods (purée, sauce, etc) as it is quite salty with very slight sweetness, which complements tomato really well.

This cheese doesn't really "melt," it turns into a nice soft, spreadable consistency when warmed. It has a really lovely mouthfeel and is delicious when it softens slightly on warm petit pains. It is also really good when crumbled into spaghetti sauce.
Love this flavour
