This amazing cheese was IMO the best vegan option when I first went vegan in 2009 and stopped eating any dairy cheese for about 2 months. The only disadvantage I can see is that the texture is a bit crumbly and that it does not melt very well, but the taste is reminiscent of a strong Gruyere, so for me the best "mature" vegan cheese option in the European market. (It has a log of garlic, so if you don't like garlic, it might not be for you)
