This delicious vegan cheese is made by culturing cashew nuts with camembert cheese culture. The ingredients are the same as for our Camembert Cheese, but the consistency is firmer.
It is aged for around 4-5 weeks which gives it the natural rich flavor, similar to Spanish manchego cheese. It has a long shelf life and continues to mature in your refrigerator at home.

The matured cheese is a refrigerated food which is why we ship with refrigerated transportation.
Mold sometimes grows unevenly on the surface of the cheese. We appreciate your understanding.
