Left Coast Culture Nozza Mozza Vegan Cheese

Left Coast Culture Nozza Mozza Vegan Cheese

Our semi-firm, mozzarella-inspired cheese is a favourite on pizzas, toasties, and pasta bakes! You could even chop this one up, fresh from the fridge, and add it to a Caprese salad! It melts, grates, browns under the grill and tastes like its dairy counterpart!

The BEST vegan mozza we've ever tried! And we've tried them all! It melts, it browns, it's great straight onto a sandwich but also pretty lush on a pizza! Honestly we tried this first at a doughnut shop in Inverness on one of their toasties and my husband couldn't tell the difference and neither could I! We absolutely love it!

We couldn't believe how much like regular Mozzarella this cheese was. By far, the best we've had so far. We tried it on our pasta, grated and then under the grill another night on a pizza - both turned out perfect. We've been buying it and grating it immediately and putting it in the fridge just like that. We've been ordering it weekly! Absolutley recommend.

Totally delicious both 'raw' and cooked. I use it for caprese salads, pizza, topping burgers, lasagne. Anything I can think of.

We love this cheese. It does everything I want from a mozzarella and tastes fantastic.

I like to use it for potine.... absolutely devine.... sliced with tomatoes, olive oils and Sea salt a firm second.

No squeaky coconut oil feel. Not too sweet. Firm but pulls apart nicely. Melts and browns.
